TSKB Real Estate Investment Corporation (TSKB REIC) was established with a start-up capital of 10 million TRY at the beginning of 2006 as a subsidiary of TSKB, Turkey's first and largest privately owned investment and development bank. TSKB is also the major shareholder of TSKB Gayrimenkul Degerleme A.S., which is one of the prominent appraisal companies in Turkey.
