Library

PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHMENT
The library compiles the information and publications on subjects TSKB is interested in and offers them primarily to TSKB employees and to any other parties wishing to use them.

THE LIBRARY’S COLLECTION
It contains around 10,000 publications both in Turkish and in foreign languages.
Sub-categories of the publications;

Various Books,
References,
Professional journals and periodicals
Books of Statistics,
Official Gazette Collection (from 1950 to date),
On-line links to regulations and legislations
TSKB’s own studies (monitoring reports, various surveys etc.)

Book Search:
You can search for books in the library using the search option available on our website. You can use such criteria as Author’s Name, Book Title, and Key Word to find out if the book of your interest is available or already borrowed from the library by a reader.

Classification System
Our collection has been classified in three main categories, namely products, countries and functions, and our classification system uses the system of the International Center of Commerce and the Standard International Trade Classification of the United Nations.

Borrowing
TSKB employees may borrow books for a period of one month with an option to extend it to three months. Readers from outside the bank may use these services only on the Information Center premises or they may photocopy the source materials.
