Yatırım Finansman was established on October 15, 1976 under the leadership of Türkiye İş Bankası and Turkish Industrial Development Bank (T.S.K.B.) with the participation of 13 major banks as the country's first brokerage house in the capital markets. Thus, Yatırım Finansman was established before the enactment of the Capital Market Law in 1981 and prior to the inauguration of the Istanbul Stock Exchange in 1986 and played an important role in the development of Turkish capital markets. Since then Yatırım Finansman has maintained a strong position all throughout its 32-year history as an "exemplary institution" among the investors community.
