TSKB has provided advisory services to KOBI A.S., which has a mission to provide financing and strategic support to underdeveloped Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (“SMEs”) with financial needs, in order to complete its transformation to a Venture-Capital Trust (“VCT”) and to offer the transformed company’s shares to qualified investors thereafter. As of December 26th 2003, in accordance with the provisions set out at Capital Markets Board (“CMB”) communiqués, TSKB has also acted as an advisor to KOBI A.S., whose transformation into a VCT was finalized, on its offering to qualified investors and to attain a portfolio management operating license.
