TSKB currently conducts
IPO processes of Aksa Generator (an energy company)
and TSKB Real Estate Investment Trust, as global coordinator
and local consortium leader.
Acted as “Consortium Leader” at US$1.3
billion worth public Offerings between 1996 and
2006.
Has participated in the share capital of over 100 companies
since 1960 with its technical due-diligence team
consisting of 40 unique technical team (financial analysts, sector
and macro-economists, engineers etc.), who has
the capability and flexibility to work in close coordination
of culturally diverse and international investment
houses.
Has contributed to the formation of ISE and development
of capital markets through public offerings
of these companies whilst completing numerous public
offerings
of many companies.
Acted as a joint global co-coordinator of the US$651
million privatization and secondary offering of Turkish
Isbank shares with Salomon Smith Barney. TSKB’s
local expertise in the market, its know-how and
reliability have played a very important role in
its efforts
to introduce international methods, such as simultaneous
book-building, incentive utilization and pre-book-building,
which have not been utilized previously in Turkey,
to CMB and ISE in a very short period of time in
the
Isbank SPO and TSKB has pioneered to use those
methods at following privatization processes.
Co-worked with numerous international institutions
(Merrill Lynch, Salomon Smith Barney, Morgan Stanley,
Bear Sterns etc.) at various public offerings.
