interruption. Online Services:
TSKB’s Online Banking branch
is one of the most developed electronic distribution channels in the
sector in terms of investment services -many
special services can only be accessed by TSKB customers in an easy to use
and secure environment. Fixed income instruments, mutual funds, equity
trading, repo and funds transfers can be executed via this channel on a
24 x 7 basis. On the other hand TSKB’s new Online Corporate Banking
branch offers monitoring of credit facilities over the internet.
Electronic Workflow:
Today most of TSKB’s internal business processes are completed
on the TSKB Electronic Workflow Platform which has demonstrated a very
positive
impact on workforce and process productivity.
One of the most recent functions
directly supported by this platform is “APEX
Banking”. After initiation of beneficiaries’ online loan applications
through Internet, all loan data collection, credit approval, disbursement,
reporting and follow-up processes are handled by our e-workflow system.
