Within 2007;
- Valuation study to state the current financial position and capacity of fund creation of television, radio and newspaper companies owned by one of the leading Turkish conglomerate has been completed.r.
Within 2003;
- Value assessment of a marina has been finalized.
- Valuation study to state the present financial position and to determine the capacity of fund creation of 13 production firms, 12 service and marketing firms and six foreign subsidiaries of a large conglomerate has been completed.
- Valuation study to state the present financial position and to determine the capacity of fund creation of 10 firms within a large conglomerate has been completed.
Within 2002;
- Repayment capacity assessment, valuation and expertise studies were performed for four companies.
Istanbul Approach:
As of August 2002, as part of the activities of Restructuring Debts to the Financial Sector (“Istanbul Approach”);
- TSKB served as the Coordination Secretariat in the process of debt restructuring of large-scale firms.
- TSKB completed studies on ”Pre-valuation and Financial Assessment” regarding the firms considered to be included into the Istanbul Approach scope.
- To that extent, TSKB provided the following services for 20 groups – 136 companies operating in tourism, port operations, frozen foods, textiles, ceramic-faience, packaging, entertainment, metal and metal products, paint, electronics and electrical appliances etc.;
- Analysis of past financial status and operational performance and projections related to future prospects
- Evaluation of business plans
- Identification of strengths and weaknesses, and review of competencies of the respective management teams
- Factory and machinery appraisals
