Our Career Policy:

Recruitment and Application Process:
Our priority during our recruitment phase is superior technical knowledge, professional skills/abilities and relevant experience. At the same time, we prefer versatile individuals with good communication skills who are result-oriented team members.

While each division has its own unique criteria for eligibility, bachelor’s degrees, good command of English and suitability to TSKB culture are sine qua non for prospective members of the TSKB team. Prospective candidates may also be asked to take language and professional tests if required.
