Türkiye Sınai Kalkinma Bankası A.Ş. (TSKB) was established in 1950 with the support of the World Bank, the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey and the leading commercial banks of Turkey. TSKB is the first and largest privately owned investment and development bank in Turkey.

The mission of TSKB is:  

 
  • To promote investments carried out by enterprises in all economic sectors of the economy with priority on industry
  • To promote foreign and local capital in taking equity stakes in enterprises founded or to be found in Turkey
  • To assist the development of capital markets in Turkey

    TSKB aims to realize its mission of contributing to the development of the economic sectors through;

     
  • Provision of appropriate financial support
  • Provision of consultancy services, technical assistance and financial intermediation services

    TSKB which celebrated its 55th foundation anniversary in 2005 is in position to reach a very significant portion of the Turkish business community through its large portfolio of clients.

    TSKB offers a wide range of corporate, investment banking, brokerage services as well as international trade financing. TSKB conducts its activities from its headquarters in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir branches in Turkey and from its Bahrain Branch.
